The implant network is not too complicated. It is just a series of implants put into the fields of animals and humans. They are called 666 implants.

 

They have implants to make the victim take on their negative data, to process it while they hook to the field and drain the light energy that you do not use when suffering. I will do an animation here to show that, shortly.

Actually, it is sort of like this, below, from Scientology's perspective. They are doing the control with implants. They remotely control the implant technology and direct them into the energy body. Alot around the head. Their implants can remove memories, make you take on the data of another, make you take on the characteristics of another, make you release your own data to another.

MK ultra began by looking at ways to control the mind of other people. They found that remotely controlled implants were the way .They did studies on dogs. They had dogs walking, turning, walking back all against their will. They kept working on this technology until they had a woman pick up a gun and point it at another woman. Around the same time Hubbard was understanding witchcraft and he created a way to read thoughts. he understood that offloading and siphoning is a 666 concept. Universal and the founders of MK ultra took concepts and morphed it into what the have today. It is a mix of programming and offloading/siphoning. They have become so relaxed in this programming that they have created a game that some aristocrats can watch. On this game they show people's lives and people at the top of the chain control them to rape, murder, or to say things and a layer below that watch these people thinking the person is in control.
