They currently have wiggle room to play with your lives so you are not manifesting to maximum because they program some and no one blames the 

programmer so it all exists below them. They discuss putting x person into y person's timeline, all day. In this way, they put people under others. If you are put into another person's timeline what they says governs the situation. They are astrally fixing timelines, currently, above all of you.

Karma can't balance correctly because you all blame each other and karma is always assigned, incorrectly. Creating karma wiggle room.

So, as I said, "Blame it on the programmer" and you solve the system or you begin to solve it. Solving it, is getting out so we can exist in and out like they do. Or in an awareness that allows us to see the full projected environment like they do.
