The illuminati don't want people having immediate manifestation. When you are on high vibrations with protected illuminati contracts through religion, etc, you don't process your karma, immediately. They then keep these "packets" of data and merge them together to give you the devil whenever they want. They program the circumstances of that. In this way they control your world in a system of cause and effect. You should all have immediate manifestation.
