Those organisations, I think,  talk like this: "I will give x amount of loosch to the person who can figure this out". It is their currency.

They seek loosch. They look for people with trauma or they give trauma to create an engram. They then use it to drain more loosch through the engram. An engram is a trauma memory.

They are so sophisticated at this they have lists of people suffering traumas and they target them. So, you may have a person that has trauma and is depressed and on a government list for time off or time in a care facility or such. They will be targeted.

I met one woman and the first time she was telling me about her trauma. The second time I met her she had an attachment to her field. She is on those lists. She said the voice of her rapist is telling her to kill herself. It was a new progression for her in her case. That is Scientology. 

 

They do this from the USA, in other countries. They also attach a criminal to a regular person.  That with programming can change a person. Why? To lower their vibration, to access their light energy while they are not.
