The Contract is your characteristics, Loosch, and memories  (karma) and your thoughts which activity process. 

 

The contract system is a Labelling system. U are born with one, it gets canceled and re-arranged during your life. The Illuminati are canceling these all the time. Consequences that need offloading. So, they need to offload the contract canceling (in theory).

This is a big problem for the Illuminati. Keeping the contract canceling in the fields of the victims or others. They don't want the karma of it.

This + the big events and their crime pyramid = the Illuminati data issue. Again, I think that is solvable, also.
