The illuminati are doing immediate data dumps, it is now so automatic. You can have
a person in Spain with 10 aristocrat attachments who are in the USA feeding off their
energy field. Dumping negative data in and the victim does their bad karma so the

The technology I think is mainly the attachment technology which attaches aristocrats
