Thoughts can be programmed.

Think, but if thoughts are flowing in, they are not yours. Be active. Decide to have a thought. It shouldn't just happen.

The further you can separate from thought, the less you can be programmed. At a certain point you will think it odd when you have a thought. Exist separate to thoughts. 

​

You can still function and operate, processing outside that lower layer.  It is a much more peaceful place. 

​

I exist outside of thought and when I need to analyse something or wonder will I do a basic thing I dip down into that vibration to do that.  The rest of the time I am operating from a much different place.  It is a different way of processing.
