An organization of people target specific people and they call them their Kings and Queens of Thrones.

The process is the act of putting targeted people at the top of a fake field of information. They look at the connections in their lifetime and they will cause suffering in various ways. 

They then ,consistently torture the targeted person with auditory torture and physical pain on a technology clearing the their acts. The suffering they cause within the field of data or Cauldron, they call it, can range from programming couples to separate, cot deaths, to programming one person to kill and implanting the survivor, using their energy as they suffer.
