I will explain "conditions". Tom Cruise said Scientology are experts in "conditions", what he meant was their members, if on the positive side of it are "clear". How are they clear? Scientology and the illuminati pull "conditions", "good data",  out of people's energy fields and port it to their members or to aristocrats or to anyone they wish to clear. Sometimes it may just be to clear them to do something, like a president and then unclear them again. Changing their conditions. I don't know if this is possible. But, they believe it is.
