Country plan: "Keep your country's vibration high"

1) Remove all of the American infrastructure. All of it. Build an in house server network and access to the internet.

2) Make sure your criminals were not programmed and accepting they did the act. The fault is with the programmers. That may have been the USA, Scientology. This matters because it pulls down your country's lineage, karma. Why do Scientology do this? To "loosch" the people who are in prison.

3)  Your citizens need to understand what an attachment feels like so they know if they have one and can get it removed. U want it to stop crime from happening.  Take the "it is us" against them approach. That will halt crime in your country. The Illuminati and Scientology are offloading data that is why they are trying to put it into your fields.

4) Put your country on a fresh timeline.

 

The middle east needs to unaccept the karma for Sept 11th and unaccept the Ukraine jet crash.
