They use connections to the field to guide programming.  As above is below.

Scientology set up a profile, lie, and it is passed out to all connections in the field of the victim or person "below".

They use that system as they pull people into timelines across a network. If you meet another person on their network  Either you go below them or they go below you. This, they set up for the Illuminati.  It makes it seem like everything people in the Top of pyramid say and do is correct.
