The illuminati are balancing and unbalancing chakras. Maybe, or they just do it on their technology and chakras are implants. More likely. 

 

What you want is to have a clear field so they are balanced that way. Not artificially balanced like in the illuminati illuminated situations. It gives them the control of your field to do anything they want with it. Instead of you growing your power organically.

With karma, you should process it immediately.  Either it exists or does in their tech system and database. 

 

U do something and it happens to you. It should feel immediate on high vibrations but the illuminati (in a fake way) balance the chakras and collect your karma so they can give you exaggerated and controlled "devil" events.

 

You also have the power to manifest yourself. If you let them fakely balance your chakras, you give them karma wiggle room. This means they can at any time activate the negative conditions in your energy field.

In our Utopia world there will be no karma at all. But, you will not be programmed so you will be your higher self.  Karma and suffering is all this organization and it is monitored/"gaming"
