From what I could tell, Akamai Technologies are involved in  MK Ultra. Their investors are Universal Studios and their client is the CIA. They are mis-using it on various victims.

MK Ultra harassment is probably the worst situation you can find yourself in. It is absolute torture.

Only those on it will understand. You will not be able to comprehend the suffering of MK Ultra without ever being subjected to it. It is a new level of suffering. It is monitored on field cameras. It is a hell I will be describing for as long as I exist in this system and  I will fight for the others subjected to it, also.
