The magician concept is capabilities that you can access on high spiritual vibrations if not reduced by the illuminati system.

Nonlinear thinking helps with this and people who have that are targeted. Speed of processing is also important, I believe, for that.

E.g. of magician-like capabilities is to "think" of something at the high plane and manifest it into reality. So you process high and manifest in density to make things appear, disappear, to do 10 things at once, etc. Splitting the body's time with the mind maintaining at the higher frequency so u will only actively do one task.
