The power is in the base of the pyramid. Trafficked women, kids in rings,
homeless people, kids in war. People on the base of the Illuminati pyramid who do not deserve the conditions are powerful if we can solve their field to the highest timeline, considering all programming. Right now, that has never happened. If it did, the programmers would be exposed and they never have been. 

We need a sub-set of such humans and we must be sure it is from the programmed pyramid of deception in conditions and then solve their fields to the highest timeline which will be to solve the Illuminati. Because, their healed field is one that brings down what caused them suffering, which is Scientology/Illuminati.
