The way to protect your country is to set up an in house server network, remove Akamai servers, etc. Your web network and your application network put on an internal server network. It is beyond necessary. They are also streaming the video from your supermarkets, buses, hotels. After this removal of the devil's infrastructure consider protective frequencies. Akamai uses its CDN and App Acceleration servers.

I talked to a guy in Switzerland after  I posted this and he said they are already trying to recode their country to light.  So, what I say is not a stretch. Codes to hit the field to "reset" or "reboot" it, so it is not weak, to what they are doing.

We may need to add color in some way to energy or something, in how the field, is viewed remotely, and then link it to a dashboard. Keep your citizens clear.
